Super Bass singer Nicki Minaj has confessed her filmed proposal from rapper DJ Khaled was all a stunt to promote his album Suffering From Success.
Last week the bootylicious babe, 30, looked stunned when Khaled, 37, got down on one knee – along with a $500,000 ten-carat diamond ring – and asked to make an honest woman of her.
But the former American Idol judge has come clean – it was all for the MTV cameras.
‘I was shocked just like the rest of the world and I was cracking up laughing with the rest of the world ’cause Khaled is a master at what he does,’ the singer told US radio station Hot 97.

‘Nobody in my real life took it seriously. Everybody just hit me like, “LOL. Yo, Khaled is crazy,”’ the rapper laughed.
And she rejects any suggestion that Khaled would even be attracted to her.
‘Khaled is my brother and was not serious with that damn proposal, y’all. Please let it go. He was kidding. He’s not attracted to me, he doesn’t like me. We’re brother and sister,’ she said.
